To grow in Faith and share our Faith in God with the World around us
There are many ways to volunteer here at United Congregational Christian Church. From helping in the garden and making beautiful prayer shawls, to greeting members and visitors on Sunday mornings!
1 Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
Members and friends of UCCC can participate with our monthly Hope Harbor Shelter Meal by dropping off baked goodies at the church that day, or by serving the meal that night.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Throughout the year, our extraordinary knitters and crocheters fashion hundreds of prayer shawls or those in need of comfort.
Please consider participating in our prayer chain. Mathew 21:22 says “Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.”
Volunteers needed! We have plenty of openings for Coffee Hour hosts and hostesses.
Call/Visit the Homebound
Would you like to reach out to members and friends of UCCC that are not able to attend church on Sundays? You can let them know that we are thinking about them with a friendly phone call, visit, or letter in the mail.
We could always use a few more hands in the garden. We have produced over thousands of pounds of food for the hungry! Please come be a part of nurturing and feeding our community.
We are looking for greeters and ushers to welcome members and visitors, pass out bulletins, assist with the microphones and offertory.
